iQOO Z11 Turbo Confirmed to Launch in China on January 15, 2026

January 7, 2026 by Harish Reddy Gudi

iQOO has officially confirmed the launch date of its next performance-focused smartphone, the iQOO Z11 Turbo. The device is set to debut in China on January 15, 2026, and early specifications suggest it will push the Z-series further into flagship territory.

Display & Visual Experience

The iQOO Z11 Turbo is built for speed and clarity:

  • 6.59-inch flat LTPS OLED display
  • 1.5K resolution
  • 144Hz refresh rate
  • Flat panel design aimed at:
    • Competitive gaming
    • Reduced accidental touches
    • Better durability

This setup positions the Z11 Turbo as a strong option for high-refresh-rate enthusiasts.

Performance & Hardware Power

At its core, the Z11 Turbo is all about performance:

  • Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC
  • Adreno 829 GPU
  • Built for:
    • High-end gaming
    • Sustained performance
    • Advanced AI workloads

Memory and storage configuration:

  • Up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM
  • UFS 4.1 storage
  • Faster data access and smoother multitasking

The phone runs on Android 16 out of the box.

Camera Setup

iQOO is also focusing on camera capabilities this time:

  • 200MP primary rear camera
  • 8MP secondary sensor
  • 32MP front camera

While details about sensor brands and video features are still under wraps, the high-resolution main camera suggests strong imaging potential.

Battery & Charging

Battery life is another major highlight:

  • 7,600mAh battery
  • 120W wired fast charging
  • Designed for:
    • Long gaming sessions
    • Heavy daily usage
    • Minimal downtime

This combination puts the Z11 Turbo among the biggest battery phones in its class.

Build Quality & Security

Despite the large battery, iQOO hasn’t compromised on premium materials:

  • Metal frame
  • Glass back
  • IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance

Security features include:

  • 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner
  • Faster and more accurate than optical sensors

Additional Features

  • Q2 chip (expected to enhance display, gaming, or power management)
  • Flagship-grade durability
  • Performance-focused thermal design (details yet to be revealed)

Expected Positioning

Based on the specifications, the iQOO Z11 Turbo is shaping up to:

  • Blur the line between mid-range and flagship phones
  • Compete with performance-centric devices from other brands
  • Appeal to gamers and power users who want premium hardware without ultra-flagship pricing

What’s Still Unknown

iQOO hasn’t revealed:

  • Official pricing
  • Global or India launch plans
  • Camera software features
  • Exact charging time figures

Final Thoughts

With a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, massive 7,600mAh battery, 144Hz OLED display, and premium build, the iQOO Z11 Turbo looks like one of the most aggressive performance phones launching early in 2026. If pricing is right, it could become a standout in its segment.
